At Connect Fitness we specialize in small group training for Women. We connect with each of our members on an individual level. We take the one-on-one experience, and make it more affordable for our clients. In our studio we use many different types of training techniques and equipment to produce the best results for you. It's important to keep our client’s bodies guessing, while continuing to challenge each and everyone!



SMALL GROUP TRAINING

-Individualized attention (6-8 per session).


-Focus on proper form.


-No experience needed, we meet you at your fitness level.


-Opportunity for you to experience the benefits of our trainers, while lowering the financial entry point of 1 on 1 training.

Kettlebell Gym Weights

LARGE GROUP TRAINING

-A series of both strength training and cardio movements!


-Increase your stamina and strength during this intense, but FUN workout!


-With a new workout every week, these sessions are designed to push you and keep your body guessing!


-Fun and energetic group session!

I would tell someone to try it. Besides walking, I had not attended a fitness class (aerobic or strength) in about 15 years. I was slightly nervous about going to the first session for many reasons. Not only are Lisa and Danielle welcoming, they also take the time (in a very professional, non-invasivse manner) to get to know you. I have been with Connect Fitness for about one year. I work full-time and I have school-aged children, but I make going to class twice per week a priority. I love working out here - it's my favorite part of the week! (Client since 4/2022)

I have been a consistent client of Connect Fitness for over 4 years. Every session is different, but it all adds up to an amazing all over body workout. I have had health challenges (back surgery, knee surgery) and Danielle and Lisa have helped me return to full workouts, giving me individualized exercises as needed.
